coaching-for-young-people%2F&source=cherylennis&style=normal&b=2
As I said in my brief post last week, I have been working on a new
program, which has been taking up a lot of my time. I have been
thinking about and planning this program for quite a long time, and now
it is almost here. I am very excited and wish I could just be there
already! Unfortunately, some of the technology of my new site escapes
me, so I have to rely on others to answer questions, fix issues, etc.
This has definitely been an exercise in patience.
My new program is focused on coaching and mentoring young people ages
18-30. There will be two components, an online membership program, and
a one-on-one coaching program. I truly feel like this is my calling at
this time in my life and I am excited get this off the ground. I am
currently taking coaching clients, so if you are a young person making
life decisions (or you know one) you can contact me at
coaching@attractingyourbestlifeyp for more information or a free
consultation. You can also check out the attached flyer for more
information.

Seeking Clarity

seeking-clarity%2F&source=cherylennis&style=normal&b=2
As some of you know, we have had some challenges in our current
business, and we have been tweaking our business model to better
reflect the kind of work we find most desirable. We have also been
spending a lot of time developing and launching some other business
opportunities. I am excited that at least one of these businesses is
getting very close to launch, but with many irons in the fire, it is
easy to become overwhelmed and stressed.
I say all this to bring up the topic of clarity. As we go through these
transitions, there are a lot of decisions to be made and it is often
difficult to make a decision when fearing making a mistake. Personally,
I have found a lot of clarity through my daily meditation process. I
have been listening to Abraham's daily 15 minute meditations for quite
a while now, and find when I can quiet my mind and feel the comfort of
the words of their guided meditation, I feel much more clarity about
the steps I need to take next. I have been practicing listening to my
inner knowing or intuition for a while and find that I cannot hear that
voice if I am stressed or overwhelmed. However, I hear it quite clearly
when I am quiet and in the moment.
If you have a decision to make, or are at a crossroads, try just taking
a few deep breaths and being in the moment just for a little while.
Also, it is important to remember that if you try to force a decision
before you feel entirely clear, that means that you are not
vibrationally lined up with your decision, but are still in the same
vibration as the problem. This will lead to you inevitably experiencing
the same problem again.
There are many other tools for releasing resistance and clearing the
conduit to your inner voice. I will talk about more of these in a
future post.
I would love to hear your comments, and you can also find me at

Easier Said Than Done

easier-said-than-done%2F&source=cherylennis&style=normal&b=2
It is sometimes the mundane facts and circumstances of everyday life
that get in the way of highest vibration, and therefore get in the way
of our ability to manifest the lives of our dreams. I received this
Abraham quote from my Jeff today and it is a great reminder to focus on
what will make us happy, assuming that whatever we desire already
exists in the unseen. When we get too hung up on trying to make things
happen instead of letting life unfold, we often fail. This does,
however sometimes fall into the `easier said than done' category.
"If you are willing to let your improved emotional state be the
evidence of your progress, then the progress will continue; you will
continue to feel even better, and the tipping point will come where
physical evidence can be seen. But if you look too soon for the
evidence, and you do not yet find it, you will lose Vibrational
ground. The need to see the immediate evidence of progress is the most
significant hindrance to most people. When you attempt to take score of
your progress too soon, you move further from the results you seek." -
Abraham
According to the bible, "faith is the substance of things hoped for,
the evidence of things unseen". We must relax in the knowledge that
what we have desired and allowed vibrationally to come into our
experience is already created and we just have to allow it to manifest
into our physical experience.
Today, I am relaxing in the knowledge that abundance is all around and
in me. I look forward to your comments.

Happiness Is....
* Daily Thoughts
by Cheryl

api.tweetmeme/button.js?url=http%3A%2F%2Fayblblog%2F
happiness-is%2F&source=cherylennis&style=normal&b=2
I have been contemplating and practicing how to be happy no matter
what. I have talked about Marci Shimoff's book, Happy For No Reason in
prior posts, but have really been taking this concept to heart lately.
Since the past couple of years have been financially challenging I was
finding it easy to feel sorry for myself, blame others for my
circumstances, and generally feel unhappy with my life.
I now understand that I have been able to use my experience as a
platform for learning a valuable lesson about happiness. Happiness
truly happens from the inside out, not the other way around. I have
spent a lot of my life feeling somewhere between vaguely dissatisfied
to downright unhappy. I have also often been stressed, angry and
fearful. Over the past year or so, I have become a much nicer, more
patient and very happy person. Go figure. One key to this happier state
has been my ability to accept what is and let go of everything else. I
realized that I was spending too much time in regret and wishful
thinking, rather than just accepting where I am and feeling
appreciation for the good things in my life.
As I was meditating this morning I felt an extreme peace wash over me
and I was acutely aware of the well-being surrounding me. This is the
lesson that the last two years has taught me, and as I have
contemplated all that I have been through, I believe that had my
experience not been so extreme, I may have never learned to be happy no
matter what. I hope that you can learn to be happy no matter what
without having to experience tough situations. Focus on what you love,
and accept what is. That is the formula for happiness.

my-new-book%2F&source=cherylennis&style=normal&b=2
Well I am very excited that my book is complete and ready for sale!
This book is the result of an inspiration I received during the night,
not too long ago, when I was lying awake when I should have been
sleeping. As I considered all that I knew and everything I had tried to
get a good night's sleep, I knew I had a book in me. I also knew that
it could be helpful to many, many people.
Please check out the Abundant Sleep Book page for more details about
the book. I hope you will buy the book if you have an issue with
sleeping and I invite you to share this link if you know someone else
who might benefit.
Please check out other great resources at my main website.

Birthdays

birthdays%2F&source=cherylennis&style=normal&b=2
Wow, there is nothing like having a birthday to make a person feel
appreciated. Of course, I don't hide the fact that I think birthdays
are important. I'm a big fan of other holidays, like Christmas, but a
birthday is a special day for you alone.
It was my birthday last week and I appreciated all of the facebook
well-wishes, phone calls, cards and gifts. I truly felt loved and
appreciated. As I was thinking about this today, I thought that we
should all make an effort to treat others as though it is their
birthday every day. Of course, I don't mean you need to give everyone
you know gifts every day, but doing nice little things for people you
care about, and making sure they know they are appreciated will
brighten their (and your) day.
So, happy day to all of you, whether it is your birthday or not. I love
and appreciate you all.

Releasing the Past
* Daily Thoughts
by Cheryl

api.tweetmeme/button.js?url=http%3A%2F%2Fayblblog%2F
releasing-the-past%2F&source=cherylennis&style=normal&b=2
You know, some days this blog just writes itself. Often just a brief
conversation will lead me to share some insight that I think will be
helpful to others. Today my thoughts are on releasing the past. Too
often we hold on to old events, hurts, and painful memories that keep
us from living our best, happiest life. If we continue to hold on to
the stories about our past, we are destined to keep repeating them. We
also give away our power to those people who have made us unhappy.
I have learned some techniques for releasing these kinds of memories by
listening to Hale Dwoskin. He has a "welcoming" technique that is
helpful in releasing the past. Instead of suppressing our our painful
emotions, as we are often taught to do, we welcome them, recognize
them, feel them, and then ask ourselves if we can let them go. We keep
repeating this until we get to the point where we can say we want to
let this particular feeling or event go and then we just let it go.
This is not hard to do and it is very freeing. It has nothing to do
with being alright with what happened, or condoning bad behavior. It is
just an acknowledgment of a past experience and the associated
feelings. Surprisingly, acknowledging the feelings allows us to release
them. In addition, we can then take back our own power to feel and
respond in a way that makes us happy.
Remember that the only moment we have is now, and what is important is
to decide each moment how to live your best life at that time. The past
and the future are just stories. You can choose what you do with the
stories. You can learn from them, continue to relive them, or allow
them to take away your power. Whatever your past stories, they do not
have to impact the life you choose today.
Please post your comments. I'd love to hear them.

Peace
* Daily Thoughts

peace%2F&source=cherylennis&style=normal&b=2
Today I got an invitation to attend a Facebook event entitled "A Day of
Peace". A young man named Stephen Shoemaker initiated the event. I
wanted to congratulate him for his courage and vision. I think
envisioning world peace is a worthwhile way to spend a few moments.
World peace may seem an impossible dream, but at one time, so did
walking on the moon, racial equality and the vote for women. It takes
people with vision, who believe that their dreams are possible, to make
the seemingly impossible happen.
I was rather shocked by some of the negative comments that were posted
in response to the invitation to this event. What a shame that people
are so unhappy that they cannot support such a pure and positive
effort. And, not only can they not support it, they find it necessary
to respond in a mean and unproductive manner.
Oh well, too bad for those naysayers. I'm happy to support peace and
love as often and in as many ways as possible. I hope you will do the
the same.

Imagine More - Do Less
* Daily Thoughts
by Cheryl

api.tweetmeme/button.js?url=http%3A%2F%2Fayblblog%2F
imagine-more-do-less%2F&source=cherylennis&style=normal&b=2
This title is from a quote by Abraham. Essentially, Abraham's message
is that we spend far too much time doing and not nearly enough time
getting our vibrational house in order. I agree. This is especially
true here in our western culture. Our puritanical heritage has
ingrained in us that in order to be successful, or even worthwhile, we
must work hard and "pay our dues".
Trust me, I used to feel that way too. I was pretty successful at
working hard, following instructions and generally doing what I thought
I "should". It has been an interesting transition into another way of
thinking, but I like this way better. I like not living a life of
"shoulds" but instead, a life of "feel goods". I love taking my morning
walks, admiring the magnificent scenery, working on projects I'm
passionate about, and meditating on what else I would like for life to
bring me.
Try meditating, or just relaxing a little more today. Visualize the
life of your dreams and take one step closer to living it. Here's to
living in abundance and joy!

Enter your search keyword(s) and the keyword "zorgium" into the search input field of

Heads up: There's an ongoing spamdexing of Google searchbot algorithms. Sites that are 'copies of copies' and cloaked sites which include Zorgium keywords presented to search engine crawlers yet garbage content presented to human visitors were hosted on thousands of IP addresses and domains registered immediately after the introduction of Zorgium in November of 2009. The Hostgator/'The Planet'/Softlayer datacenters in Texas seem to be the epicenter of this activity in conjunction with anonymously registered domains of various TLD's but primarily .info domains at Godaddy which, in our opinion, has some sort of connection to the domains of goldmint.in and goldmint.org. Google has begun to notice this and has begun to lower the ranking of these sites and put our original sites back on top of the search rankings. These actions, as far as we can tell, negatively impact the use of the keyword 'zorgium' as a search term and provided little benefit, if any, to the perpetrators.
ZORGIUM note to content providers: If you don't want your page to appear in Zorgium's search abstraction then put an exclusion for "Zorgium" in your web server's robots.txt file.
